My Favorite Baking & Asian Kitchen Tools
Hi there!
Some of you folks have been asking me where I get some of my kitchen tools, so I decided to make a page dedicated to the tools that I regularly use for cooking and baking.
Most of these are things I actually use myself, however the brand or model might be different as the ones I currently use are no longer available or difficult to acquire. I’ve also included some of the most popular and highly rated tools as well.
Stand Mixers
KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Stand Mixer (On the wish list… one day! (Saving up those affiliate pennies… 😅)
Hamilton Beach Professional All-Metal Stand Mixer with Specialty Attachment Hub (a great more affordable option to a kitchenAid. I own an older model of a Hamilton beach stand mixer and it has been going strong for at least half a decade now)
Cuisinart Stand Mixer (Another great budget choice. Cuisinart makes reliable kitchen appliances, and this model has a 500-watt motor and 5.5-quart bowl.)
Air Fryers
My recommended air fryer: Ninja DZ401 Foodi (I personally use this for all my air frying needs!)

Blenders
Vitamix Ascent X5 Blender (My top recommended choice, what I wish I had, someday… 😥)
Vitamix Propel Series 750 Professional-Grade Blender (older model but very reliable and well reviewed)
Blendtec Classic 575 Blender (another well regarded blender brand)
Ninja BN751 Professional Plus DUO Blender (my current baby until I can upgrade to a Vitamix 👶, it’s a decent reasonably priced blender that gets the job done)

Kitchen scales
Tanita KJ-212 WH Cooking Scale with Removable and Washable Silicone Cover (I currently use this for my baking recipes. It’s small, portable, and can measure weight increments as low as 0.1g making it highly accurate when I need precise measurements)

Tanita KW-320 WH Cooking Scale (If you prefer a bigger scale)
Bread loaf pans
Tiger Crown Bread Mold (I currently use this one, you will need to season it to make it non-stick though)

USA Pan Bakeware Pullman Loaf Pan with Cover (If you want a longer bread loaf pan)
Egg tart molds
I personally own and use all three types of egg tart molds below. If you have any questions about them, feel free to ask!
Non-stick mini tart molds (these have a non-stick coating but are slightly smaller then the other tart molds on this list)
Aluminium tart molds (I used these for my HK egg tart and HK coconut tart recipes, make sure to dry them out after washing as they can rust!)
