Vietnamese Pizza (Bánh Tráng Nướng)
Bánh Tráng Nướng is a popular Vietnamese street food dish consisting of rice paper served with green onions, cheese, and an assortment of toppings and sauces.

- 1 Rice paper
- 1 piece laughing cow cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 hotdog sliced
- 1 tsp fried shallots
- 1 Tbsp Japanese Kewpie Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Sweet chili hot sauce
Optional
- 1 Tbsp Minced ground pork
- 1 Tbsp Pork Floss
Heat a flat frying pan over low heat and add in 1 piece of rice paper once the pan has been sufficiently heated.
Next add in your chopped green onions & 1 egg on top of the rice paper. Immediately start stirring and mixing everything together making sure to get the egg and green onions evenly spread out all over the rice paper.
Next add in 1 piece of laughing cow cheese on top of the rice paper and then mix it well with everything.
Then add in your chopped hotdog or sausage onto the rice paper and mix it well with everything along with the fried shallots.
Finally, we’re going to add in our hot sauce + kewpie mayo on top of our rice paper.
At this point you have a choice, you can either cook the rice paper flat down as is or you can fold it in half and then cook each side separately until it’s golden brown underneath.
Regardless of which option you choose, we will now turn up the heat on our stove to medium/ medium high to get that nice crispy outer edges on our rice paper.
Once the rice paper has turned golden brown, remove it from your stove and serve it.
