Peanut Butter Cookies

Quick and delectable peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large egg
  • 240 grams smooth peanut butter
  • 85 grams white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine, the white granulated sugar with the peanut butter, 1 egg, and the vanilla extract.
  • Mix everything well together until the mixture forms a cookie dough like texture.
  • Then using an either an ice cream scoop or a large scoop, scoop out about a large Tbsp of the dough onto your hands.
  • Then roll out the dough using your hands until it turns into a ball.
  • Place each piece onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Now using a fork, press down on the dough both horizontally and vertically to form lines on the dough.
  • Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 20 minutes.

Notes

This recipe makes about 12 medium sized cookies.
If you find that the cookies spread out too much, you can chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
